Graduate Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary according to the selected track and may include:

• Developing and improving software features and modules.
• Working with APIs, databases, Git, testing, and development tools.
• Maintaining CRM data, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Understanding business requirements and recommending system improvements.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and digital product designs.
• Supporting testing, documentation, issue resolution, and quality checks.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Following security, privacy, accessibility, and quality standards.

Eligibility and Skills

• BE, BTech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc, or another qualification relevant to the selected track.
• Graduating student or up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of programming, databases, CRM, data analysis, or UI/UX, depending on the selected track.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic, personal, or internship projects demonstrating relevant capabilities.
• A portfolio is mandatory for candidates applying for UI/UX & Digital Product Design.

Career Path

Successful trainees may be considered for full-time positions such as Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, CRM Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, UI/UX Designer, or Product Designer.
