2. Personal data we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, telephone number and company name, provided when you complete a form or contact us directly.
• Enquiry details — the industry you are hiring in, the type of enquiry, and the content of the message you send us.
• Candidate data — where you engage with us as a candidate: CV, employment history, qualifications, salary expectations, notice period, references and right-to-work information.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically by our server logs.

3. How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and provide recruitment services.
• To match candidates to roles and present shortlists to clients.
• To carry out screening, referencing and right-to-work checks.
• To send market updates and insights where you have asked to receive them.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We rely on one or more of the following:

• Legitimate interests — operating a recruitment business, contacting professionals about relevant opportunities, and securing our systems. We balance these against your rights.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data with client companies where you are a candidate being put forward for a role — never without your knowledge. We also use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, applicant tracking and analytics; these providers act on our instructions and are bound by contract. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

We operate from the United Kingdom and India, so personal data may be transferred between those countries and accessed by colleagues in either location. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiries are retained for up to two years from the last contact. Candidate records are retained for up to three years from the last meaningful engagement, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where a placement has been made, records are kept for as long as necessary to meet contractual and tax obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• request erasure of your data;
• restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

9. Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep sessions secure and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of who can see what. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and will notify you and the relevant regulator of any breach that requires it.
